City of Whitehall Water and Sewer E-billing Sign-Up

The City of Whitehall is now offering residents a paperless way to receive their quarterly water & sewer bills by signing up for e-billing. Those who sign up will get their bills sent by e-mail which may be quicker than waiting to receive a hard copy in the mail. At any time you may change the e-mail on file or cancel altogether and receive it by mail.
